By accessing the Codexify Store website, creating an order, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Codexify Store. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2Our Products & Services
Codexify offers digital products including Discord bots, setup services, and custom development. Unless otherwise stated:
- All products are delivered as digital downloads, licenses, or remote configuration — no physical goods are shipped.
- Product features, descriptions, and prices are displayed on the store page and may change without notice.
- Custom development projects are scoped through our team before work begins.
3Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed when payment is successfully processed by our payment provider, Fawaterk.
- Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and US Dollars (USD); the final amount charged is the currency you select at checkout.
- Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, mobile wallets, Fawry, and other methods offered by Fawaterk.
- We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud.
4Delivery of Digital Products
- Ready-made bots are delivered instantly and automatically once payment is confirmed.
- Delivery instructions are sent to the email address you provide and are available on your order page under Track Order.
- Services such as Bot Setup and Custom Bot are fulfilled by our team within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- You are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address at checkout.
5License & Permitted Use
When you purchase a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own servers or business. Unless we agree otherwise in writing:
- You may install and use purchased bots on an unlimited number of servers you own or manage.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away purchased products, their source code, or modified versions.
- You may not share access to the product, its features, or documentation with third parties for commercial purposes.
6Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all digital products. If you are not satisfied, contact us with your order number and we will refund your full purchase amount.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Custom development projects are refundable only if work has not yet started.
- Once a refund is issued, access to the purchased product is revoked.

7Intellectual Property
All content on the Codexify Store — including product designs, source code, graphics, logos, text, and documentation — is the property of Codexify or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in our products or website content beyond the license described in Section 5.
8Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our products or services in any way that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Facilitates harassment, abuse, spam, fraud, or illegal activity.
- Attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of products beyond what is expressly permitted.
- Attempts to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Codexify Store, its servers, or its payment infrastructure.
9Your Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at checkout.
- You are responsible for safeguarding access to your purchases and order details.
- You must keep your order confirmation and delivery instructions secure.
10Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codexify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our products or services.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Codexify Store shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
